Innovare’s community alliance is comprised of AFRL/RI (Rome Labs), Griffiss Institute, Oneida County, the City of Rome, SUNY, NYSTEC, CNY Defense Alliance, Rochester Institute of Technology, Binghamton University, and Le Moyne College.
