Veterans Affairs. Ms. Stevens has been involved with the PTAProgram – now APEX Accelerators since 2016, previously serving as Program Director of the North Country PTAC in Watertown and most recently playing in
integral role in establishing the IgniteU NY PTAC serving the Mohawk Valley and Capital District of New York State.
